My husband and I are DIY’ers, but we need help with design and creativity. That’s why we loved working with Gina. She created an amazing eDESIGN plan for our remodel project and we got to execute it at a pace that worked with our schedule and budget. During the walkthrough of our spaces, Gina truly listened to our goals and immediately understood the functional uses of the areas that we wanted to transform. We were thrilled with the design ideas that we received and the project software made is SO easy for us to access the recommended products for the project. I highly recommend Gina – she is a wonderful “designer by your side.”

We renovated our master bathroom using the design plans created by GMI Design Group. We knew we didn’t like our current bathroom and wanted to update the space so that it worked functionally for us. I worked with Gina and she created multiple solutions and also let us know what wasn’t possible (which we found to be extremely helpful). The best part about having a design before contacting contractors was that we, not only knew what we wanted but, we had 3D images with dimensions that we could show our contractors and not worry about something getting lost in translation. Some of the contractors we worked with did not speak English as their first language and this helped us both feel comfortable in the quoted work and outcome. We could not be happier with how everything turned out!

Fernanda Edwards completely remodeled our master suite—bedroom, bathroom & walk in closet. The finished product exceeded all of our expectations; it was an amazing transformation. We selected GMI’s Full Design Package, and it was a great experience from the initial design planning to the actual construction. The workmanship was outstanding by Bob & Kevin (contractor), David (tile), Scott (closet installer), and all the other vendors. Everyone was so nice to work with! We love our new space; it is so beautiful!

Gina was so responsive during our remodel. I really appreciated being able to text her and get a prompt response to questions. Gina’s design was exactly what we hoped for when considering updates to our full house. We had a couple of areas run over in cost but it wasn’t something Gina could control. I would recommend her to a friend.

Gina did an excellent job. From start to finish she made the process extremely easy. After the initial visit, she provided us with a digital preview of what the space would look like which allowed us to see her vision for the space from the very beginning. She took our style and requests for what we wanted to do with the space and showed us something we fell in love with from the start. She knows a number of contractors and made the pricing process transparent and when we were happy, arranged everything from demo, plumbing, electric, tile install, carpet install, to the final little details that really made the space feel like something special. Everything was taken care of and the process went as smoothly as could be expected.

Bottom Line: For the next major project, I would definitely use Gina again and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to tackle a remodel project. She’ll take what you want and turn it into something better than you could have expected.

My husband and I hired Gina McMurtrey Interiors to assist in re-modeling our Master Bathroom after we consulted with Gina on artwork and paint color for our Home Office. This was a master bedroom/bath remodel. The master bath made a complete turn around and the results are stunning. It looks so clean and spacious. Gina helped us incorporate the current blue tile as we did not want to deal with the mess of tear out. She worked with us through choosing colors and design elements of the cabinet and draperies. The bedroom simply needed a fresh coat of paint to compliment the bath.
Gina gave us great options to choose from yet was flexible to work with our personal interests. This is our third project with Gina, and we will definitely call her again for the next project.

We just completed an extensive remodel of our kitchen and master bath. Gina listened carefully to our goals and was quite creative in overcoming the challenges of our original home design. We now have a beautiful, functional kitchen. It is comfortable and makes entertaining so much easier. Gina’s ideas regarding storage were “spot on”, and I consider calling to thank her each time I prepare a meal for a large gathering! As much as I like my new kitchen, I like my new bathroom even better. It was a challenging project because we were so far from Gina, but she was responsive and helped devise a solution to every challenge. Working with Gina made what could have been a difficult and tedious task completely doable. We had several things that we wanted incorporated into our bathroom and bedroom remodel. For every suggestion we made, she had a way to make it happen. She had all of the necessary products and fixtures available before the contractor was ready for them.
